We have extensive experience in the design, manufacture and supply of bespoke timber packaging and supporting services. Our sustainable packaging products and services are used by businesses throughout the UK to protect and promote their products in storage and in transit. Whether our proposal is for timber packaging, patented case systems or corrugates, our experienced and innovative team will work collaboratively to agree the best solution which will make the most efficient use of materials, optimise strength and utilisation of load space.
Timber Cases & Crates
Produced to customers’ specification to include ISPM15 compliant softwood, plywood and OSB cases, along with internal fitments from a range of performance foams and cushioning material.
Clip Cases
Available in 12 or 18mm OSB or plywood built with integral pallet allowing tool free assembly. Robust single or multi-trip use and available with a range of internal fitments.
Foldable Cases
Using 6-12mm high quality plywood, steel framed, fast and easy to assemble. Supplied with a range of pallet and bearer designs. Can be approved to UN standard.
Corrugate
Our packaging solutions can include heavy duty corrugate packs as part of the design, as well as a full range of corrugate boxes sheets and fitments. Customised boxes can be printed with customer logo or shipping instructions.

Our sustainable approach to transit packaging means that we can also track your packaging, recover it from your customers’ location, and return it to you for reuse.
Pallet 2 Packaging
Based in Glasgow, Pallet 2 Packaging distributes high-quality new pallets and reconditioned pallets, as well as repairs, bespoke timber packaging, cases and crates throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire, the Lothians and the rest of Scotland.
