Reconditioned, used or second-hand pallets are a vital part of the mix for many pallet users, and are critical to our offering of a complete, sustainable pallet solution.

As the UK’s largest buyer of used pallets, with a national network of 16 reconditioned pallet sites, we have a comprehensive range of pallet specifications in stock and for sale at all times.

We understand the requirements of our customers when it comes to reconditioned pallets, and consistency in quality control is critical. Our well-established sorting and grading process reflects this.

We conduct a regimented sorting procedure for all second-hand pallets entering our site. This procedure, overseen by our Site Managers, is based on individually trained staff hand-sorting each pallet until a written breakdown can be provided for the load. Many national procurement contracts depend on the accurate and timely presentation of figures relating to uplifted pallets; it is therefore essential that the tools used to provide these details are replicated across our business.

Our rigorous grading process ensures that UK standard pallets are graded into seven categories, Euro pallets in to three, as well as sorting chemical pallets (CP) and several commonly used non-standard industry-specific pallet specifications.
We are also a licensed Euro pallet repairer.

Supply chain security is critical to the success of our second-hand pallet business. We have worked hard to develop strong relationships with major suppliers of used pallets from developing sectors. Combined with our experience in navigating the peaks and troughs in demand, we aim to provide customers with security of supply.
